Update the profile

Partial update. The server writes only the fields that are present in the body. onboardingComplete becomes true when grade and examType are set, and, for YKS, field too. communicationStyle is accepted here, but no response returns it. email and phone are not accepted: they belong to the auth identity. To change one, run the Supabase auth flow that verifies it — the new value reaches the profile on the next request. preferredName is set by Lala in chat, not through this endpoint.
